Welcome to Project Adelphos!
Dear Brothers,
Delta Lambda Phi’s National Office needs your help with Project Adelphos – a survey of the entire fraternity that will help define the organization’s character and direction for years to come. Starting this November, the National Office will begin collecting data from brothers via focused studies on specific chapters and a survey that will be available on our Website. The results will be comprised of a variety of different mediums and will include written, audio, and video testimonials from Brothers across the country. Final results will be presented at the 2011 National Convention.
After we present the data to the brotherhood, the National Staff will then use the newly collected warehouse of data to help create effective policy for running the fraternity starting at the beginning of the organization’s new year in August 2010. Other uses for the data include creating a fraternity creed, developing relevant programing for events, helping foster chapter retention, and aiding colonies and chapters with issues. This project will require the cooperation of the entire national organization; we need participation from all Brothers and Colonists regardless of their status. Ultimately, the data collected from the Project Adelphos will help us strengthen our purpose and goals for Delta Lambda Phi National Social Fraternity.
We look forward to embarking on this monumental project with all of our Brothers. For more information about Project Adelphos, check out our Website at www.dlp.org/adelphos or contact Joshua Holland, the Director of Communication at joshua.holland@dlp.com.
