Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I want to become a better leader and make sure my chapter benefits from my participation in DFLA, as well as bonding with brothers from many other chapters!

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: YAASS! I was so excited and can’t wait to take part of this amazing program.

What I am most looking forward to is: Learning some new valuable skills and meeting brother that I have yet to meet!

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: It will show me to to better lead through example in any given situation. Whatever the cost is, I always remind myself that this is a privilege and not a right.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: NO WAY!!!! I started crying on the phone and people literally walked up to hug me saying it’s okay.

What I am most looking forward to is: Acceptance and friendship. I know that sounds like it will already be given, but there are times where i still feel along in my path and I always try to seek others who are with me to the very end

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I know it is an experience that will help me grow as a person and make strong bonds with brothers that I otherwise would never had the chance to meet.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: “Is Bishop telling me the truth right now?”

What I am most looking forward to is: getting a chance to build better leadership skills.

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I feel that by experiencing the leadership training that is presented to me at Delta Force, I will be able to bring it back to my own chapter to share with my fellow brothers and to help us through our rough patches.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: I was looking forward to spending time with brothers from various chapter and I couldn’t wait to attend.

What I am most looking forward to is: I am really just looking forward to the experience as a whole.

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I want to learn how to become a more effective leader, and to help my chapter grow as we continue to grow. I know there is much to learn about being a leader that I can focus on and continue to improve, while also helping my chapter become a stronger brotherhood.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: I can’t believe that I got accepted. Hope I don’t freeze.

What I am most looking forward to is: Meeting all the brothers from different chapter, and learning how everyone looks at leadership differently.

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I am so in love with this fraternity and cannot wait to learn and grow alongside other brothers. I can’t wait to share and make experiences with this Delta Force class and share them with my chapter back home.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: Wow, I though they for sure tossed out my application! Also, I’m so thrilled!

What I am most looking forward to is: Meeting and making friends with brothers from all over the U.S. and Canada!

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: Leadership is crucial to a chapter’s success. Being able to connect with other brothers while developing our leadership abilities is important for our individual chapters, the fraternity as a whole and our personal development.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: I’m so excited to get to meet new brothers from around!

What I am most looking forward to is: Connecting with other brothers with a drive to lead.

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: It is a rare opportunity to learn from my fellow brother about how to be a better leader. Different perspectives from different chapters and their members will be important to me as I try to lead my chapter as president in a new direction next year. I also think it is important ot make connection with members from other chapters and colonies, so that I can call upon them next semester.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: The first thing I thought when I found out I was accepted was about how excited I was to have this opportunity to grow as a leader and meet brothers from different chapters.

What I am most looking forward to is: I am looking forward to forging strong bonds with my fellow brothers.

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I love my brothers and want the opportunity to build more and stronger relationships with them. It is also important because others have told me so much about Delta Force and how renewing and strengthening it is, which is what I need in my life right now.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: Omg I though this call was going to be that something else was going wrong in the chapter. Then I was really excited and low-key cried.

What I am most looking forward to is: Spending more time with my brother Tyler because we are always so busy, and I’m looking forward to seeing Kyle from Alpha Psi because he is hilarious, and I’m looking forward to meeting lots of brothers I’ve never met before!

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I can continue my leadership journey with a focus on the fraternity I love and the ability to grow in my brotherhood.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: I felt recognized for the hard work I have done with my colony and in my leadership journey.

What I am most looking forward to is: A weekend to meet brothers, grow in brotherhood and have the opportunity to learn new leadership skills and abilities for myself.

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: I will get to learn more skills of leadership from other brothers, which will not only help me grow as a better leader, but I will also be able to take it back to my chapter and help the chapter grow through other’s experiences.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: I have to tell Juan because he has been a part of Delta Force before.

What I am most looking forward to is: Meeting brothers that I have not met before and be able to build new bonds and memories that I can take with me.

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: This experience will help me gain valuable leadership skills to help my chapter transition towards a renewed leadership team. I feel like this experience can help me increase my involvement within the Fraternity at-large. The Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because it furthers my personal growth within the Lambda Way!

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: YAYYY!! Vacation time in January!! … oh wait, Ohio is as cold as Montréal!

What I am most looking forward to is: Meeting new Brothers and learning from each other. And bonding over those late-night conversations!

Being accepted into the Delta Force Leadership Academy is important to me because: There is always room to grow and learn from others. Delta Force is an excellent opportunity to have brothers that have similar drive and passion meet together and create an everlasting impression.

When I found out I was accepted, my first thought was: I screamed and had people look at me funny in class. My first thought was how fortunate I am to have this opportunity.

What I am most looking forward to is: Going to Ohio. I love places that I have never been before. I am also looking forward to escaping real life for a weekend meeting you brothers from other areas. I am looking forward to all the information on development that is coming my way!!!
