Who Are We?
Welcome to Delta Lambda Phi Social Fraternity! Since 1986, Delta Lambda Phi (DLP) has offered gay, bisexual, and progressive men the opportunity to grow in the true spirit of brotherhood — one that embraces diversity and respects the value of all.
The Beta Omicron Chapter of Delta Lambda Phi Social Fraternity, Inc. first began as the University of Toledo Colony in Toledo, Ohio. During their process of colonization, the UT Colony reached out to a struggling interest group at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Combining into one entity, the future Lambda Men of UT and BGSU became what would be know as the multi-campus Beta Omicron Chapter in 2005.
Today, the Beta Omicron chapter has more than 39 alumni members. The boys of “Beta O” are going strong at Bowling Green State University, and are active in academic and social organizations all around the BGSU community. Although not currently active at the University of Toledo, the Chapter’s membership is working towards reclaiming their roots at the University of Toledo in the near future. Until then, we are continuing to make our presence known on our campus and in our community through social, service, and recreational activities for undergraduate and graduate students.
