Rho Chapter’s First Annual Project Talent

December 9, 2012

The Brothers of Rho Chapter are making their presence make a difference with a new event they’ve dubbed “Project Talent.”

In the spirit of reality television competitions celebrating creativity such as Project Runway and Top Chef,  the show featured talent all across California State University at Long Beach, where the Chapter is based.  The proceeds from the event are going to benefit Sunshine Kids, chosen as this year’s recipient of Rho Chapter’s philanthropy efforts.

The Sunshine Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer and their families. Established in 1982, they are committed to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients. The Sunshine Kids provides a variety of programs and events, free of charge, for kids who are receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across North America.
