What made you join?

I didn’t come into college wanting to get involved in greek life- but I went to a recruitment event with a friend, and I felt like these were people who I could form strong friendships and find a community with. As my brothers can tell you, I was extremely shy when I joined, but everybody in DLP made me more confident in myself and very confident in my decision to join this fraternity.

What is your favorite part of DLP?

DLP means so much to me. When I think of this fraternity, I truly think of family. I never thought I would have a “chosen family” that so many in the LGBTQ community told me I would find after not feeling accepted. But everybody in DLP makes me feel like I belong and the friendships that I have built already with my brothers and siblings have made such a positive impact on me. I know that the friendships I find through DLP will only grow stronger and I am so grateful to have such a sense of community, pride, and acceptance in DLP

What do you do in your free time?

I love theatre! I also like skateboarding, reading and writing, and music.

What are your future career/personal goals?

In the future, I hope to become a social worker. I would like to go to grad school so that I can become a therapist. I would love to continue being involved in theatre for fun for the rest of my life! It would be cool eventually to live somewhere with mountains so I can snowboard all the time, and I want a big dog to take on adventures with!
