University of Arizona Chapter Recognized for Excellence

The fraternity and sorority community at the University of Arizona has a long and rich history, dating back to 1915. The Standards of Excellence take a holistic approach to evaluating chapter activities. They outline the minimum expectations for Greek-letter organizations to abide by and/or exceed in the following key areas: Academics, Leadership & Involvement, Global Citizenship & Human Dignity, Chapter Management, Membership Education & Development, Recruitment/Outreach, and Health and Wellness. Chapters are evaluated yearly to remain in good standing and be eligible for university awards, services, and goods.

The Omega Chapter of Delta Lambda Phi scored 88%, placing the chapter as a Chapter of Achievement. As a Chapter of Achievement, they will receive recognition at the Fraternity and Sorority Annual Awards Banquet for this standing, as well as a letter of excellence from the Dean of Students Office and recognition on the councils social media accounts. The chapter’s status will also be highlighted in the community’s recruitment mailer to prospective students.

The Omega Chapter is leading by example and is a chapter to emulate. Congratulations brothers!
